Belisa
Founder, B Creative SF
Belisa is a self-taught sewist who discovered her love for the craft in 7th grade when she created her first skirt and duffle bag in home economics class. She has been sewing and crafting ever since! In 2024, she stepped away from a demanding 16 year tech career and with the love and support from friends and family, Belisa decided to embrace her passion for sewing and launched B Creative SF.
Today, she's committed to reducing textile landfill waste by upcycling discarded fabrics to create custom cosmetic bags, journal covers, coasters, and other handmade gifts. Additionally, Belisa offers a range of sewing services including home decor alterations, custom embroidery, costume creation, basic clothing hemming, and custom T-shirt graphic design and printing.
Belisa resides in San Francisco with her husband, son, and mother-in-law, and you can find her products at local maker markets during the holidays. She is also working to get an e-commerce store up and running, so stay tuned!
